1. Irrelevant personnel are not allowed to enter the construction site;

It is also a phenomenon that cannot be foreseen and cannot be completely controlled. There are many reasons for punching, including the following:
1) Improper operation by the operator, the operation time is too long, including the fact that the medicine is hot and steaming because it is still being filled, the filling is not dense and there is an air barrier, etc.;
2) Improper temperature control. When the temperature is high, the mixing of chemicals and the temperature control of the borehole wall are improper, and the dosage of inhibitors is insufficient, causing the chemicals to react too quickly, etc.;
3) Improper hole layout design; hole spacing and low resistance lines are too large;
4) The drill bit is improperly selected and the drilling diameter is too large;
5) The hole wall is smooth, etc. When punching, the temperature of the medicine is high and it is corrosive. If it rushes into the eye, it may cause serious damage to the cornea. In order to prevent injury accidents, operators must wear anti-shock and dust-proof PVC labor protection glasses and other labor protection supplies produced in compliance with national safety standards when operating.
3. Before the agent is poured into the drill hole until the rock cracks, do not face the hole directly facing the filled hole. After filling the medicine, cover it with a sack or brown mat and keep it away from the filling point. More care should be taken when observing the development of fissures. In addition, water and towels should be prepared at the construction site. If chemicals splash into the eyes or skin when punching, rinse immediately with water. Those with severe photophilia should be sent to the hospital immediately for cleaning and treatment.
4. When the reaction time needs to be changed and controlled during the construction of the crushing project, inhibitors or accelerators must be added in accordance with regulations and prepared and used as required. It is strictly prohibited to add any other legal items without authorization.
5. It is strictly forbidden to add the crushing agent of rock static blasting equipment into a hole container (into a straight-mouthed glass, beer bottle, etc.), otherwise it will be very dangerous.
6. If the temperature of the hole wall is higher in the hole that has been drilled or the hole that has just been flushed, make sure that the temperature is normal and meets the requirements and clean it before continuing to charge.
7. The crushing agent of rock static blasting equipment should be protected from moisture and exposure during the permitting and storage process. It should be used immediately after opening. If it is not used up in sequence, the bag should be tied tightly immediately and opened again when necessary.
